Step 1: Prequalification

BCI Lending will assist you in selecting financing that best meets the needs of your business. Our most popular financing program is the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 7(a) guaranteed loan program, a versatile product that provides lending options up to $2 million. Most small businesses are eligible for this program based on either a certain number of employees or on annual revenue.

In rare instances, another BCI lending program may better address the needs of a small business. Our lending professionals will determine if an SBA loan or another loan product is right for you.

As an active preferred lending institution in the SBA 7(a) program, BCI Lending quickly evaluates your application and gives a rapid reply and turnaround on your loan so you can get on with business.

To start the prequalification process, ask yourself the following questions:
  1. Do I have a personal credit score of 650 or higher?
  2. Do I have sufficient personal or business assets equal in value to the amount of the loan to offer for collateral?
  3. Do I have adequate cash flow to repay the loan obligation each month?
  4. Do I have the knowledge, experience and dedication to make a success of this business?
